LD Cyber Systems (Schedule Agent) collects the name, email, and mobile number you provide to book appointments and send confirmations, calendar invites, and reminders.
SMS data
If you opt in to texts from LD Cyber Systems, we store your mobile number, opt-in source (web form, booking form, or keyword), and opt-in/opt-out timestamps. We use that only to send appointment-related messages and to honor STOP requests.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
Carriers and our messaging provider (Telnyx) process message delivery. Calendar invites are sent through our email provider when an email address is on file.
